Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

Scheduling Policy

  • Lessons must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
  • Time slots are scheduled based on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A confirmation email with lesson details will be sent upon successful booking.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
  • If rescheduling is not possible due to availability, a lesson credit may be offered for future use.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the lesson will be considered used, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
  • In case of an emergency, please contact me immediately, and we may find a flexible solution.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for completed or missed lessons.
  • If you cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a lesson credit to use toward a future session.
  • Refunds for lesson packages or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not used any lessons.
  • If I need to cancel a lesson and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
