Scheduling Policy
- Lessons must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
- Time slots are scheduled based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A confirmation email with lesson details will be sent upon successful booking.
Rescheduling Policy
- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to availability, a lesson credit may be offered for future use.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the lesson will be considered used, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
- In case of an emergency, please contact me immediately, and we may find a flexible solution.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for completed or missed lessons.
- If you cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a lesson credit to use toward a future session.
- Refunds for lesson packages or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not used any lessons.
- If I need to cancel a lesson and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
