Here’s my English lesson scheduling policy, designed to keep things clear, flexible, and fair for all adult learners. Whether you’re booking a single lesson or using a package, this page explains how to reschedule, cancel, or request a refund if needed.

Scheduling Policy
- Please book your lessons in advance to ensure availability.
- Lessons are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- After you book, I’ll send a confirmation email with all the details.

Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If something comes up, just contact me and we’ll find a new time that works.
- If no suitable time is available, I’ll offer a lesson credit for future use.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice count as used lessons.
- However, in the case of an emergency, please reach out—we may be able to find a solution.
Refund Policy
- I do not offer refunds for completed or missed lessons.
- If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, I’ll give you a lesson credit to use later.
- Refunds for lesson packages may be considered within 7 days of purchase, as long as no lessons have been used.
- If I need to cancel and we can’t reschedule, I’ll provide a full refund or credit.
