If you’re booking a lesson with me, it’s important to understand my English lesson refund policy. Below, you’ll find details about payments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Payment Policy for English Lessons
- All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal.
- Lesson packages and subscription plans must be paid in full before the first session begins.
- You will receive a payment confirmation via email once your transaction is complete.

Cancellation Policy for Online English Lessons
- You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be considered used, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
- If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible—we’ll try to find a flexible solution together.
Refund Policy for English Lessons
- No refunds are given for completed or missed lessons.
- If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a lesson credit to use toward a future session.
- Refunds for lesson packages or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as long as:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
- No lessons have been used from the package.
- If I need to cancel a session and rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund or credit for that lesson.
