Payment Policy
- All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer.
- Lesson packages and subscription plans must be paid in full before the first session begins.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email after completion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the lesson will be considered used, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
- In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we may find a flexible solution.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for completed or missed lessons.
- If you cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a lesson credit to use toward a future session.
- Refunds for lesson packages or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not used any lessons.
- If I need to cancel a lesson and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
