Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

  • All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer.
  • Lesson packages and subscription plans must be paid in full before the first session begins.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email after completion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the lesson will be considered used, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
  • In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we may find a flexible solution.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for completed or missed lessons.
  • If you cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a lesson credit to use toward a future session.
  • Refunds for lesson packages or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not used any lessons.
  • If I need to cancel a lesson and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
