Duolingo is one of the most popular free tools for learning languages—and for good reason. Their lessons are short, engaging, and perfect for busy adult learners. You can practice vocabulary, grammar, listening, and even pronunciation—all at your own pace.

I also recommend the Duolingo English Podcast, which features true stories from around the world told in simple English. It’s a great way to improve your listening skills and pick up real-life expressions.
